I told my coworker the other day "if I could hire Karen Anderson to manage my life, I would." My coworker has no idea who Karen is, and I didn't care because there is not enough I can say to how amazing a job I think the Prestige Team do. I have worked with her team twice now, the first time to buy a house and the second time to sell a house. The funny thing is, I wasn't even planning on buying a house yet when I met Jonathan on her team. I was just dipping my toe into what was happening in my area and looking for maybe hiring an agent. I walked into an open house hosted by Jonathan and immediately liked his vibe. I also loved the vibe of the house, so much so, I was sold twice over. I hired him and bought the house. After that, I have reached out to both Jonathan and Karen for recommendations on work to be done, and they never fail to have qualified people I can hire. When I was ready to sell another house, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to hire: The Prestige Team. Karen has walked us through the process, informing us in realistic terms how much the house should go for, she has hired and managed updates to the fixtures, bathroom, and kitchen, not to mention painting and gardening and electrical, and has kept us in the loop with bids. Now that the contract has already been signed, I can say I would have given her a higher commission (maybe . . . my partner would probably have something to say about that, though). In other words, HIRE THE PRESTIGE TEAM. If I could be more glowing in my review, I would!

Leigh Hanisee was amazing! I really enjoyed working with her and I really appreciate everything she did to help me find my home. From the day I met her at her open house in San Pedro there was just something about her, she was very personable and not pushy at all. I'm happy she kept in touch with me and really listened to what I was saying. I felt like she related to me and really understood what I was looking for in a home for me and my family.
