Our job is to focus on prepping your home for market and promoting it to our extensive network of qualified buyers so that you can sell for the price you want, in the timeframe you want. Here's how the process works, from start to finish.

First, let's set a date

We'll set up a time to come and see your home in person. This is your opportunity to share with us why you're moving, and anything we should know about your home to price it competitively. Then, we'll talk through what you can expect at every step so that you'll always be prepared for what's next.

Make sure the price is right

From there, we'll dive into strategy. Taking into account your specific neighborhood, area comps, local market conditions, and everything else about your home, we'll advise you on how to price your home right.

Good on your end? We'll take it from here

Once you confirm that the price is right, we'll do our thing. We'll bring in the top professionals to make any agreed upon upgrades, prep, stage and photograph your home, and advertise it to our wide network of qualified buyers.

I told my coworker the other day "if I could hire Karen Anderson to manage my life, I would." My coworker has no idea who Karen is, and I didn't care because there is not enough I can say to how amazing a job I think the Prestige Team do. I have worked with her team twice now, the first time to buy a house and the second time to sell a house. The funny thing is, I wasn't even planning on buying a house yet when I met Jonathan on her team. I was just dipping my toe into what was happening in my area and looking for maybe hiring an agent. I walked into an open house hosted by Jonathan and immediately liked his vibe. I also loved the vibe of the house, so much so, I was sold twice over. I hired him and bought the house. After that, I have reached out to both Jonathan and Karen for recommendations on work to be done, and they never fail to have qualified people I can hire. When I was ready to sell another house, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to hire: The Prestige Team. Karen has walked us through the process, informing us in realistic terms how much the house should go for, she has hired and managed updates to the fixtures, bathroom, and kitchen, not to mention painting and gardening and electrical, and has kept us in the loop with bids. Now that the contract has already been signed, I can say I would have given her a higher commission (maybe . . . my partner would probably have something to say about that, though).
